Gloria has over 15 years of experience in wealth management and RIA operations. She is skilled in creating and implementing operational procedures, developing, growing, leading operational teams and departments, and strategic planning. She has experience with conducting regular compliance reviews, onboarding new client accounts, vendor management, and confirming suitability for client recommendations.

As Operations Manager at Sendero^®, Gloria is responsible for leading our operations team, developing and maintaining processes and procedures to drive accuracy and efficiency; operational, trading, and compliance oversight; and delivering an exceptional client experience. She implements manager and strategy onboarding and offboarding, communicates with third-party managers, and collaborates directly with all departments of the firm.

Gloria joined Sendero^® in 2024 and is dedicated to ensuring departments within the firm are collaborating on decisions and cohesively working toward client success. Her strong leadership skills make her successful in coaching, training, and mentoring team members.
