This, along with her commitment to maintaining compliance standards, has prepared her for success in her role as Operations Administrator. She is a detail-oriented office professional with a strong background in administrative tasks and customer service. Katelyn excels at handling a variety of responsibilities with precision and efficiency.

As Operations Administrator, Katelyn supports the Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) team and Chief Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include liaising between the CRS team and Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless communication between different systems, maintaining compliance standards, and assisting with various audit processes within the firm.

Katelyn is a proud Aggie, graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in sociology. Her focus on client satisfaction, problem resolution, and data accuracy is pivotal to her role and the firm.
