We believe that learning financial literacy from a young age is important and can help your child become financially successful in the future. Our Financial Literacy Bootcamp has been carefully curated to do just that.
Designed for high school and college students and guided by St. Mary’s Hall teacher, Jose Molina, these sessions will feature engaging educational lessons and fun interactive games to help them learn the basics of financial literacy. Topics will include managing a monthly budget, making wise spending choices, investing, credit cards, debt, and more.
During the budgeting course, students will be enrolled in an interactive learning game where they will manage finances in a variety of scenarios while earning rewards for good financial decisions and quality of life.
During the investing course, students will learn about investing by virtually buying and selling stocks, mutual funds, and/or ETFs. This is a great way to learn investing concepts without putting money at risk.
