Alissa has spent her career dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Armed with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills, Alissa’s attention to detail and proactive nature have enabled her to efficiently accomplish tasks. She joined Sendero^® in 2023 with over four years of experience in the financial services industry, where she earned a Texas insurance broker license.

As a Client Relationship Specialist, Alissa works closely with Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers to ensure clients’ requests and needs are taken care of in an accurate and efficient manner. Alissa is responsible for onboarding new clients, maintenance of accounts, processing clients’ transactions, and delivering an exemplary client service experience.

Thanks to her valuable customer support experience and knowledge of both insurance and the financial services industry, Alissa is well-equipped to serve Sendero’s clients.
