Alissa has spent her career dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Armed with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills, Alissa’s attention to detail and proactive nature have enabled her to efficiently accomplish tasks. She joined Sendero^® in 2023 with over four years of experience in the financial services industry. Alissa also holds a Texas insurance broker license.

As a Client Services Associate, Alissa supports new client onboarding, opening new accounts, daily asset movement, quality checks, and assists with a variety of tasks and team projects. Thanks to her valuable customer support experience and knowledge of both insurance and the financial services industry, she is well-equipped to serve Sendero’s clients.
