Debbie joined Sendero® in 2014 as the Client Experience Associate, before being promoted to Workplace Experience Manager. In this role, Debbie is the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and guests. She ensures that every interaction reflects Sendero’s commitment to exceptional service, care, and professionalism. Debbie plays a central role in shaping a welcoming, polished, and highly functional office environment. In addition, Debbie supports office operations, coordinating client and team meetings, and maintaining shared spaces that foster collaboration and productivity. She works closely with building management and service partners, manages office resources, and supports internal operations to ensure the workplace consistently operates at a high standard. Debbie also contributes to culture‑building initiatives, team celebrations, and special projects that enhance the overall employee and client experience.
