Her strong time management and organizational skills, coupled with her attention to detail, enable Dorathy to efficiently accomplish tasks accurately and on time. Dorathy joined Sendero® in 2024 with over eight years of experience in the banking industry, where she focused on serving clients, transaction processing, and problem resolution.
As Operations Administrator, Dorathy supports the Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) team and Chief Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include liaising between the CRS team and Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless communication between different systems, maintaining compliance standards, and assisting with various audit processes within the firm.
Dorathy’s valuable customer service experience, knowledge of entity formation documents, tax forms, and other legal documents, and strong communication skills make Dorathy well-equipped to serve Sendero’s clients.
