Being responsible for the training and management of the client relationship specialists means George ensures that every Sendero® client receives outstanding service. Our clients also count on him to implement client portfolios ensuring a seamless integration with the infrastructure of Sendero’s systems.
George teaches the client relationship specialists how to manage the client experience and execute on client expectations. He is in his third decade in the financial services industry having kept his attention focused on clients that entire time.
George joined Sendero® in 2012 as an assistant operations manager. Before that he was a client sales and service officer and assistant vice president with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management.
