Jake joined Sendero® in 2024 as a Client Relationship Specialist and was later promoted to his current role of Senior Client Relationship Specialist. In this role, he is responsible for a wide range of client service and operational functions, including account setup, onboarding, service requests, and collaboration across internal teams. He works closely with clients and advisors to deliver high-touch service, clear communication, and thoughtful relationship management.
