Throughout his career, Jake has worked directly with clients in an effort to provide them with an exceptional experience and help them reach their goals. He takes the time to build genuine relationships with each of his clients and is talented in explaining complex financial documents and reports to clients in the way they best understand. Jake’s experience with client relations, team leadership, hedge funds, and institutional investors make him a valuable member of the Sendero® team.
As a Client Relationship Specialist at Sendero®, Jake serves as the main point of contact for clients. He works closely with Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers to ensure clients’ requests and needs are taken care of accurately and efficiently. Jake is responsible for onboarding new clients, maintaining accounts, processing clients’ transactions, and delivering an exemplary client service experience.
Jake joined Sendero® in 2024 with over two years of industry experience. Sendero® welcomes the value he adds to the Client Relationship Team.
