As Sendero’s IT Systems Support Specialist, Michael brings over a decade of hands-on technical experience and a security-first mindset to help ensure the firm’s technology infrastructure operates seamlessly in service of clients and team members. He joined Sendero® in 2026 with a background in supporting complex IT environments in regulated industries, making him well-equipped to maintain the reliability, security, and compliance of the firm’s systems across multiple office locations.
Michael provides comprehensive technical support for Sendero’s multi-office environment, managing everything from desktop support and hardware configuration to enterprise application administration and cloud platform integrations. He is dedicated to supporting critical business operations while maintaining the stringent information security standards required in the industry. Michael collaborates closely with teams across the firm to ensure technology solutions enhance productivity and align with Sendero’s commitment to exceptional client service.
Michael is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Hallmark University and maintains Microsoft certifications in Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) and Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200), along with CompTIA A+ certification.
