Michael Wofford, CPA

Michael has over 3 decades of experience in accounting, operations, sales, and marketing. His extensive knowledge of corporate accounting principles includes analyzing corporate financial standings, general ledger, profit and loss, budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, billing, audits, and many other accounting operations.

As Controller, Michael is responsible for leading a team that helps maintain Sendero’s strong financial position and ensuring the firm has the most accurate and up-to-date financial information and practices. He oversees internal accounting processes, monthly and quarterly production of closing reports and financial statements, annual tax filing, and payrolls. Michael works directly with and supports the Chief Financial Officer on forecasting, statistical analysis, and development of best practices, policies, and procedures for the accounting department.

Michael joined Sendero^® in 2024 possessing a strong ability to execute and knowledge that encompasses all facets of accounting, strategic planning, policy and procedure development and implementation, departmental operations, and team development and training. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
