Amaury de Barros Conti

As the head of Sendero’s investment team, Amaury is responsible for idea generation, researching and implementing new and existing strategies, asset allocation, due diligence, and research. He leads the investment committee and research team. Amaury spent over a decade as a trader looking for trends in commodities, stocks, and bonds. This gave him the unique perspective, insight, ability to intensely study markets. This wide-ranging and disciplined experience deeply influences his work today with investment strategies and clients. He is a key member of the management team helping to implement Sendero’s strategic initiatives.

Amaury began his career and spent over a decade as a trader looking for trends in commodities, stocks and bonds. This gave him the ability to intensely study markets.  His years of intently navigating commodity, stock and bond markets on a daily basis have given Amaury a unique perspective and insight of market behavior.

Amaury holds a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management from St. Mary’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Flight Technology from Florida Institute of Technology, as well as Series 7 and 65 licenses. In addition, Amaury is a member of the Chartered Market Technician®  Association, and a Board Member of the Boy Scouts of America, Alamo Area Council.
