Suzy joined Sendero^® in 2024 with over four decades of industry experience. She is skilled in reconciling accounts with custodian statements, reviewing account activities for accurate financial records, addressing and resolving client issues, and generating client portfolio account reports.

Promoted from a Client Service Associate to an Operations Administrator, Suzy supports the Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) team, Director of Operations, and Chief Compliance Officer. Her responsibilities include liaising between the CRS team and Portfolio Managers, ensuring seamless communication between different systems, maintaining compliance standards, and assisting with various audit processes within the firm.

Suzy’s attention to detail and natural ability to multitask enable her to meet deadlines, complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency, and exceed client expectations. As a Client Services Associate, Suzy supports the portfolio management and client services teams. She is dedicated to fostering collaboration across all departments within the firm and providing an exceptional client experience.
