Valerie brings over two decades of experience in the accounting, brokerage, and investment industries, along with a lengthy track record of leading and developing teams. Known for her impeccable attention to detail and results-oriented mindset, she combines strategic thinking with strong communication skills to deliver exceptional service to clients and support the people around her.
Valerie joined Sendero® in 2024 as a Client Relationship Specialist before being elevated to| Team Lead. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the Client Relationship Specialist team, new client onboarding, account opening and funding, ongoing service requests, and maintaining accurate records within Sendero’s systems. Her approachable communication style and commitment to client care help ensure a consistently high standard of service across the team.
Valerie’s deep technical background spans institutional client reporting across North America and the APAC region, audit completion and distribution, due diligence, compliance reporting, SSAE, Schedule C 5500s, and ERISA annual reporting requirements. She has extensive experience developing and maintaining processes that align with regulatory requirements — expertise that strengthens both her team’s operations and Sendero’s broader commitment to disciplined stewardship.
